- Vanguard's See-Thru model is viewable from two sides and allows you to enjoy the beauty of the same fireplace from two rooms. The Peninsula Direct-Vent Fireplace is equally beautiful when viewed from any of its three sides. The See-Thru and Peninsula are offered in decorative rated millivolt or electronic ignition models. Both feature an attractive textured coated charcoal paint finish, a beautiful round oak log set, wire mesh screens with screen pulls, tool-less entry hinged glass door design, plus a standard refractory brick liner and floor. Optional brass louver kits are available to enhance the aesthetics of the fireboxes.

They feature beautiful new combination split oak ceramic fiber logs, multi-tiered flame patterns and glowing ember beds. All models are heater rated and built on the proven strengths of the 45° slant back design and hinged tool-less entry glass door for painless installation, operation and maintenance. They've made all models easily fuel convertible in the field, and millivolt units feature an adjustable flame control.

Model choices range from 32 to 42 inch fireplace sizes and feature realistic split oak logs, multi-tiered flame patterns and glowing ember beds. The fireside experience is further enhanced thanks to Vanguard's standard model features; their signature arched face gives the fireplace a traditional look while the large hinged glass doors optimize the view. Wire mesh screens further enhance the look or can be hidden completely if you prefer a full view of the flame.
